Special Hotel Room Rates:

  • $99.00 - Single or Double Occupancy
  • $109.00 - Triple Occupancy
  • $119.00 - Quad Occupancy

Hotel room rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes at time of check in. Taxes are currently 6.7% plus applicable charges.

Reservations must be made on or before Thursday, September 24, 2009 12:00 Midnight to receive the negotiated group rate.

Make your hotel reservations by calling the Hotel directly at 970-593-6200 or Embassy Suites Brand Reservations number, 1-800-EMBASSY. Individuals must identify themselves as being with the Collective Source Mandalas Organization at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the group rate.

Cancellation Policy:

We realize that circumstances may come up that are beyond your control and may prevent you from attending the workshop. It is our intention to meet several interests when this happens, your goals and financial interests and our goals and financial commitments. We have created the following policies to guide you if you find yourself unable to attend a workshop.

In the event if workshop cancellation, Collective Source Mandalas (CSM) will make a full refund of any registration fees paid but assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or additional costs incurred by registrants.

If you cancel your registration more than 30 day before the event, CSM will refund 75% of the registration fee.

If you cancel your registration 8-29 days before the event, CSM will refund 50% of the registration fee.

If you cancel your registration 7 days to 48 hours before the event, CSM will refund 25% of the registration fee.

If you cancel your registration within 48 hours of the event, there will be no refund.
